Wholesale & Retail Account Terms

These terms apply to approved Armstrong America wholesale (trade) and retail accounts.

Retail account policy

Where retail accounts may sell

  • Retail accounts are approved to sell in physical retail outlets / shop fronts only.
  • Retail accounts are not approved to sell Armstrong America products on third-party eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, or similar sites.
  • Selling on these types of sites may result in cancellation of your retail account.
Promotions note Any end-customer promotions or sales offered on the Armstrong America website are not available to retail account holders.

Wholesale (trade) ordering basics

  • First order minimum: $250 USD (excluding shipping & handling).
  • Re-orders: No minimum order required.
  • Payment terms: Upfront (“Proforma”).
  • Payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Stripe, PayPal, or EFT.
  • Shipping timeline: Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your order to ship.
  • Returns: Wholesale merchandise is not returnable/exchangeable except for defective items.

🛍️Promotions & pricing
Any end-customer promotions/sales offered by Armstrong America on our website are not available to retail account holders.
🏬Retail selling permissions
Armstrong America approves new and existing retail account holders for selling of our products in retail outlets/shop fronts only.
Marketplace restriction We do not approve retail account holders to sell our products on other eCommerce sites/online stores such as eBay, Amazon, Alibaba or similar. Selling on these types of eCommerce sites may result in cancellation of your retail account.
💳Minimum orders & payment terms (new trade customers)
  • First time orders: A minimum order of $250 USD applies for your first order. Minimum order value excludes applicable shipping and handling charges.
  • Payment: Retail account orders will be paid upfront (“Proforma”) by means of Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or EFT.
  • Re-orders: No minimum order is required for re-orders.
✏️Changes or cancellations of orders
Any changes or cancellation of orders must be emailed to support@armstrongamerica.com within 48 hours.
💰Methods of payment
Payments through Credit Card, Stripe, and PayPal are all accepted forms of payment.
🚚International delivery & shipping
  • Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your order to ship.
  • Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship.
  • We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.
  • Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
↩️Returns
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise.
