Warranty Coverage Summary

What’s covered
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use (examples: stitching/seam failure, hardware breakage not caused by misuse).
What’s not covered
  • Normal wear and tear (elastic loosening over time, minor fraying, cosmetic wear)
  • Sizing/comfort preference or “didn’t work for me”
  • Damage from misuse, incorrect sizing, accidents, pets, or alterations
  • Damage caused by not following care/washing instructions
  • Products not purchased new from our official Amazon store or our Shopify store
  • Lost or stolen items

What we do if your claim is approved

Replacement only
  • If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement product (same model/size when available). If your exact item is unavailable, we’ll send a comparable replacement.
  • This program does not provide cash refunds.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are handled through the original sales channel’s return policy.

International shipping, customs, and fees

We offer warranty replacements internationally where we currently ship.
📦Replacement shipping rules
  • Claims reported within 30 days of delivery: we cover standard replacement shipping.
  • Claims reported after 30 days: a flat replacement shipping/handling fee applies (shown during claim submission).
🧾Customs and import fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.
🚫Shipping limitations
If we cannot ship a replacement to your location due to carrier restrictions, sanctions, or legal constraints, we may be unable to fulfill the claim.

How to submit a warranty claim

What we’ll request
  • Your Amazon Order ID (or other proof of purchase)
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos (and sometimes video) showing the problem clearly
  • A photo of the product label/logo and the full product
  • Possible return or disposal request
Hygiene & safety For hygiene and safety reasons, we may ask you to return the product, or ask for photo proof that the item was disposed of (we’ll provide instructions).
Claim limits One replacement per item during the warranty period.
Support note (fit help) If the issue is fit, comfort, or sizing, we can still help. Please submit your request and include your height/weight and the area you’re supporting—our team will guide you to the best fit and usage.
